About the Strengthening Families National Network
SFNN Members: To log in or access member features, see SFNN Members at right.
The Strengthening Families National Network is a forum for sharing knowledge and tools, learning together within and across states, and helping each other transform systems that support children and families. This web site has special pages that SFNN members can log on to. Membership is free, renewable annually, and open to all states, territories, and tribes working to implement Strengthening Families. National organizations are also welcome to join as Affiliates.
SFNN members can:
- Be part of an online community dedicated to strengthening families
- Join a Learning Circle and work with others to accomplish a specific Strengthening Families goal
- Exchange feedback on draft tools and materials with others nationwide
- Access data from across their state, collected through the Strengthening Families Self-Assessment
- Participate in Strengthening Families pilot programs
- Take part in meetings and symposia with others who can inform their work
- Be leaders in Strengthening Families nationwide
There are two levels of membership in the Strengthening Families National Network:
- Partners have implemented deep, broad-based Strengthening Families approaches in multiple systems and take a leadership role in the Network.
- Affiliates are strongly committed to Strengthening Families and are carrying out strategies that could lead to becoming a Partner.
