Strengthening Families in Professional Development for Child Welfare

“Learn with states that are working to integrate Strengthening Families into professional development in their child welfare systems. While much of this work is new, lessons are already being learned about strategies that have been effective, challenges that have arisen, and recommendations for other states embarking on work in this area. This will be a facilitated dialogue with representatives from three states who each have a unique approach to introducing the Strengthening Families approach into child welfare professional development.”

Panelists include:

  • Lisa Von Pier, New Jersey
  • Kathy Goetz-Wolf, Illinois

Moderated by Nilofer Ahsan, CSSP.
